Perfect Player now crashes! on M8SL Pro NEXUS ROM

So I have PerfectPlayer, its a build specifically for us links are somewhere here in the forum. Suddenly the app crashes on load and wont open, wait sometimes it runs. I TWRP this box back to my stock ROM and reload PerfectPlayer from my original APK I obtained and saved from the forum here. STILL it crashes on load all that.

I like PerfectPlayer interface. Clear cache reload none of that fixes this. I have 1.5.9.

anyone seeing this? anyone still using PerfectPlayer. I get it I get it, I have TiviMate running on the same box I have service but I love PerfectPlayer interface.

Is there a new version released ?

I went looking for info and found out that the home website for perfect player (which is niklabs(dot)com) and it has been taken off-line. I don't know when that may have happened or if it's relevant for this.

Hey Crazed, I noticed that as well just lucky I keep the APK in a stash drive. I did find a 1.6.01 version for inclusion of Android 11 but its not in the play store and one listed is not from niki labs so not it. I did find and install the correct 1.6.01 version but it hangs forever downloading the data for EPG or something.

I went back to 1.5.9 and installed and setup and it crashed a few times on load yesterday but I kept launching it finally opened and has been running almost all day today. I Just like the interface over TiViMate. TiviMate shows empty program description in the guide full screen but it will show it another view that is vertical columns just not what Im used to, I guess it is just my problem for now. Thanks for the reply.
