FireStick with STB EMU. Multiple lines.
Reset doesn't work. Changing portal doesn't work. Generating new Route Number doesn't work.

It all started around Jan 27,2025.

I have been in private messages with a person with same issue since about the same date as well.
We've changed the iptv66 portal a few times but it did not fix it.
This person is also with iptv66 but is using a Mag device. It was working fine till it wasn't, and about that same date (jan27)

Sent a message to admin, just waiting on response now.

This sounds right. I have some devices running with Tivimate no issues there.
Only Mag devices are down. It all was working fine until it wasn't.

Ryu will have a look at what you got, he may get it working, I think he has magic fingers at times :)
In meantime, still waiting on response from admin, and will report once I do.

log onto your code at the iptv66 website and remove the MAC that you have attached there. then use the Apply function. Then re-enter through your log in and re-attach the MAC ID and Apply and check results.

I need help with this issue i have some mags that i can get back online i been trying to get help to resolve this issue for the past 5 days we have mags 524 and i cant even reset the account as the order id starts with a 6822 instead of 6821 i habe teied everything

Mag 544w3 or other Mag models, set at compatible Mag 322

Mag 254 log on code at papiao website and remove the MAC attached, Apply the change. Then re-enter your log in and reattach the MAC and Apply.

At the iptv66 website, log on to your client's individual Routes by using that Internal Order number (the one starting with 6822) and also with their 13 digit Route number. Each Client will have their own unique Internal Order number.
By using that 6822 Internal Order number in place of the original Order number(or your email) your client sees only their Route/code and not your full Order of many codes. It's a security thing for you. They can also log in using the Client Name and their Route number.
That Client name is what you gave them to help keep your Order in order, so you can keep track of which code is for who, so to speak :)


With these mag 524 models, in the menus some place there is a compatibility option.
Try setting that to mag 254 or if that doesn't change anything try setting it to 322

I think this may be the path to find that option..
Settings > Profile > Select Profile > STB Configuration > STB Model > Select MAG254 or MAG322

Also ensure the server portals match with each client code and their server setups in the Mag menus.

And also ensure that if your clients are using the MAC to connect through, then ensure their MACs are correctly attached to their Routes at the iptv66 website log in.

I saw one of your client did not have a MAC attached, I don't know if that's on purpose as he/she may have been using Playlist instead of MAC, or i don't know even if that Client was one that had issues. But check on that.

One other thing you could try is to log onto one of the non-working codes at the iptv66 website and remove the MAC that you have attached there.
Then use the Apply function.
Then re-enter through your log in and re-attach the MAC ID and Apply and check results.

wHAT ABOUT INTERNET CONNCTION, ARE YOU RUNNING WIFI OR ETHERNET WIRED ?
Try turning wifi off and connecting a hardwire

Running on wifi also tried ethernet cable same issue now there is another message "Firmware of your STB is outdated. Please update it." Box has been update and tried everything again all methods and still same issue mag boxes not connecting

Yes i have tried this every time i try something new to fix the issues i go back and try the same thingg all over to see if it fixes the issue can one of the administrators find out why this is all happening?

According to server administrator the Mag 5xx models are not guarantied to work with papiao or iptv66 servers. Some will but it's not guarantied any of them will (the models in the 5xx series). And especially the models that do not have the compatibility option, will not work.
