First thing to try is to change your server Portal. log on to your code at the papiao website > manage accounts and use the function there to change portal.

Or I think you can also get it from PlayStore.
This app is for Androids so it won't work on a laptop, but the VLC can be installed on Laptop

Use your donation number as username and password, it's case sensitive so make sure to take care of upper cases.
Is always a good idea to perform an IPTV reset before switching to a new device or application, remove the account from old one, do an IPTV reset and then set it up in the new one.
This app wont work if your donation have a MAC Address linked to it, you can always remove the MAC to use the app.

Perfect Player is another android app that may work for you.
And here is the VLC setup for windows...
The VLC Player will work on your laptop or PC
Download it from their official site --> https://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html
Make sure you get the correct version for windows.
Then log onto your code at papioa and remove the MAC if you have one attached.
Then just below where that MAC was entered there is a Select Playlist.
Select the Generic M3U w/options. then a URL will appear, copy that URL and then go back to your VLC player and open the Media tab.
Then open the Network Streaming option.
That's where you paste that URL
This is not the best option as it has no EPG, but it is an option.
