This brings it to SIX Cabinet Ministers that have resigned on Trudeau since mid-October.

one more today after Freeland, It was the next in line to step in as acting Minister Finance for Freeland's position (Champagne was his name) he said no way, and then resigned.
A few of them that should have stepped up didn't. Parliament House was a gong show today.
Deficit Budget Plan was eventually released but through the media after the House closed for the day.

Here's a run down of what has been going on today in government.

The fall Economic Update Plan was suppose to have been tabled 2 months ago, It would show how much of a deficit Canada has been running in. speculation was it could have been anywhere from 40 Billion up to 90 Billion dollars.

So today was suppose to be the day they were going table the Plan in the Parliament with a reading of said Plan.
Today is the last day to do this , as every MP takes off for holidays for 6 weeks (I thought they already did, but I guess not till tomorrow).

So this morning the Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland resigned.

Next in line to represent the position for today was to be Fran?ois-Philippe Champagne, but he refused and he might have resigned too.
So then the position was suppose to go to Randy, yous all remember Randy, the Liberal MP from Edmonton who lied about being a First Nations descendant. But it could have been the other Randy. Which Randy I am not sure. So anyway, he is out.

So then it was suppose to go to Dominic LeBlanc, but a 4pm EST today, which was when they were suppose to table the Plan, Dominic is somewhere in Ottawa being sworn in as Finance Minister.

So after debating about if they'd get to see or even debate the budget Plan, finally Katrina Gould came in to the picture and tabled the Plan, but then left without reading it.

They can't debate the Plan without it first having been read out by Gould, or who ever is the Minister, according to Speaker.
The Speaker is currently blocking any debate about the Plan, while the MPs in the House are furious :)

In the Fall Economic Budget Deficit Plan, their recent Tax exempt thing was included.
You know the temporary exempt we get on certain things but not anything good, that exempt that was suppose to make our lives better and put money in our pockets?
Yea that .
Looks like as we suspected , it will cost us.
And one wonders why they didn't wanna read this out loud.

As expected, the document includes the government's promised GST holiday, which came into effect Saturday and is expected to cost $ 1.6 billion.

The federal government's fall economic statement, tabled just hours ago, calls for more than $ 20 billion in new spending and says last year's deficit has grown to $ 61.9 billion., while it was not suppose to be any higher then $ 40 billion.

The Plan also pledges $ 1.3 billion for a border security package over six years, although the 270-page document doesn't explain exactly how that money will be spent.
