Bt400

I have a U5 with the BT400. I have been pretty frustrated with the response of the 400 when you push any button. The first time I hit a button it responds instantly. If I want to hit another button or the same one immediately after that, it won't respond until the red light on the top of the 400 blinks a couple of times, about 2 seconds. Can something be done to change the response time? If not, does one of the other Buzz remotes work better, that I can use with the U5? This is really frustrating.

how's the battery life? if not new try to replace please.
have you tried to factory reset remote and paired again? if not then try that.

You hit it on the head. I replaced the batteries and it's working fine. They must have been weak when I installed them. I've only had the box for a few months.
