I just added a New Rocket to my xrs 4500. When I try to connect, I get a message that states Subscription hs expired or not activated, even thought it is a new Donation.
using Mac or XC api option?

i'am using the mac option
did your perform a reset on rocket site?

Yes I did a Reset, but still getting the same error

Did You Reboot Your Box After You Did The Reset ❓
perform a reset first then turn isp lock off and set to all countries and check to see if that helps.
