Can?t log into portal

Hi, can someone help me I?m using a buzz x5 sub and I assigned a new donation the other day and put all the Mac numbers in the right place and the portal http but when I go to log in it says Cannot load portal: Incorrect username or password I didn?t use password or username.. I assign another donation yesterday to the sub in the living room and it logged right in and is working fine I?ve reset my MAC address and IPTV portal several times. I?d appreciate any suggestions.
