Im using Formuler Z10 & firestick and both servers are down!, its been down for a few hours. Any update on ETA when it will be back on?
Also, VOD are down too.
have not heard from anybody if they are down. did you check your network and reset on rocket side?

Our freind has the iks66 iptv service which can go down when Rocket or NFPS is not.
But I can not say one way or another either as I currently do not have that service either.
What we need here is others who have the iks66 to chime in :)

They just came back on MAG boxes, but there was something going on that changed on the other side, all the favorite channel listing reset, still down on Formuler z10 boxes.
favorite list does not stored on server. so maybe got deleted accidentally by user or need to sort to switch to favorites.

#1 OP's problem started the day before.
#2 Microsoft has nothing to do with server issues.

Some of my customers using formuler z10 are still down, any idea what's causing this?

Have they tried a power cycle on them Z10 devices ?
Unplug the power cord for 60 seconds.

I see now that the issue is only affecting Formuler Z10 boxes connected to Server 2. I switched them to server 1 and they are working now.
Just so you guys are aware of the issue.

Hey guys, just to be specific, the issue is related to MyTV online app connections to server 2, changing the connection to server 1 fixed the issue.
This applies to any box using MyTV online ( Formuler z10, Dreamlink T2 & T3)

Note that a reset wont resolve the issue of connecting MyTV online app to server 1.
The only fix for now is changing to server 1.
