Many problems

Tried to connect to another set of numbers Papiao has sent me but not connecting. So my customer brings over the box and it's still not connecting with the new number they sent. So I deleted kokaleka to try to reinstall it and now the download for Kokaleka is not working. Please help because I'm going freaking crazy.

Status bar still saying connecting but not connecting. My boxes here at home are working fine. What could be the problem
