Are you entering info in mac,xc api or m3u server setting?

Make sure in the panel you don't have username/password enabled.
Also make sure the mac matches server ID on the Classic.

I do not have username/password enabled, I noticed that the mac on the back of the classic starts with c44ece, but on the tv it shows starting with 00:1A:79

That's the one you want to enter in panel plus do a reset.

Affected only a few boxes a resolution related problem. Its still being tested relax. Take the update if it acts up you know where to start looking or wait for a confirmation or announcement.

Nothing is being tested since 5.0.919 was released months ago.
Plus resolution is controlled by firmware so 5.0.919 has no affect.
