guys im 74 and been doin this from the onset way back when , but this is strange i use m3u file and always got vod's then last week poof vod's gone everything else is still working. i have 3 working droid boxes and several pc's all the same no vod's like nfps went to another server for vod's

an m3u playlist file is not an address, it's a collection of address'.
Each of the individual channels on a playlist have their own unique address.
Movies (Vods and PPV) have to come from somewhere and most start as a torrent.
There is an Index of movies online, which most started as torrents as well.

But it's not the channel's original address that is causing the issues, it's the redirect address' that is causing the issues with the iptv apps.
We've seen this before, a few times over the years.

About half of the way down the page is def a No-Go for 4me :

You need a Plume account before you can use the app, and the system will stay connected to the cloud at all times. This means two things. First, if there's no internet, you can't manage your home network at all. This is because you first need to log in to Plume Design 's server before you can send commands to your pods.

Secondly, the company can know everything you do with the system.

Plume Design's privacy statement doesn't say clearly what it doesn't collect from customers, it only gives examples of the things it does collect.

And the privacy risk isn't your only concern.

Having somebody else control your home network could lead to accidents, like the recent outage that happened with the Google Wi-Fi.
