mostly that Bill will be directed at content producers like the people you see on Ytube and Rumble and etc who post videos and also those who post podcasts and other similar media... But it will also apply to anyone online who posts speech they deem as 'hate speech'

Just don't post child pornography or hate speech, which fair enough, but that just hides what's really in the rest of the Bill, theyt do that so the Bill passes because no one reads the entire Bill... It's a huge Bill, lots of pages.

Be sure to understand that Canada can and will jail you for certain speech if and when this Bill passes (and it will pass).
If you promote genocide for instance, that's a life sentence behind bars.
But in the meantime Trudy (our Prime Minister) does that sort of thing all the time.

One of the measures within the bill would give judges the power to place individuals under house arrest and force them to wear an electronic tag if they believe that individual could commit a hate crime in the future.

All of Canada is facing a housing crisis where people can't afford rent anymore(don't qualify for a $1,500/monthly mortgage but have to pay over $2K to rent) but instead of helping they send the tax payers money all over the world.This country sucks.

I got it all figured out.I'm going to Mexico and legally change my name by just changing the "k" to a "c"(bilingual country) so I will still have same first name.;)
Then come back to Canada and register as a landed immigrant and get put up in a 4 star hotel,a new SIN card before leaving airport and handed around $3K a month.
I have to do it soon so I can leave that setup for the ol'lady.:cool:

reading in one of the many provisions in the Censorship Bill ... If you say something online or in any atmosphere, and someone makes/files a complaint about that, as a hate crime. Then the government will initiate an investigation.
This will cost the person being complained about approx 70 thousand dollars.
That's 20 thousand to the person initiating the complaint and 50 thousand for investigation costs. Never mind what's coming if found guilty.

The person initiating the complaint can receive up to 20 thousand $ just for initiating. The government takes over at that point. No cost to that initiator, but a rather large pay out is possible.
Then even if found innocent of any wrong doing, you still have to pay up to 50 thousand for fees incurred during the investigation and the possible 20 thousand to the worm who falsely thought he or she was a human being.

Read between the lines on this and it says... 'report someone for hate crime and no cost to you, a pay day may come'

I have heard, even Canadian law makers, lawyers, judges and etc can not define a 'hate crime' or 'hate speech' but some how a yocal local that reports such a thing can ?
