Unfortunately you can't change stream format using MAC.
Reset your account to XC and see if that helps.

Both boxes are now working on both Primary & Backup Players.
I have not touched or changed any settings on both boxes & could not access Live TV, VOD, TV Series, & PVR for 2 days.
All of a sudden both boxes started working.
Could it have been caused by my internet provider? Internet connection was good & with the speed uninterrupted.

How are these boxes connected to the router ?
WiFi or hard wired thru Ethernet ?

I was hoping it was hard wired so then maybe the cable was kinked somewhere along the line or bad connection. Something easy :)
Next time if this happens again, check your devices if they connect to internet, you can use a ytube site or even the onboard Market. If an app from the Market doesn't download, or ytube do not open, then that'll tell us something.
Not sure what, but something :)

How are you testing the speed at the box?

With ookla speedtest
Download 22Mbps
Upload .40 Mbps

That's not too good if you're paying for 120 Mbps.
