freezing on all channels buzz xrs 4500

all channels (especially Redzone) seem to be freezing every 15 sec freezes and about a minute or so later will startup again. I have an buzz xrs 4500internet connected (cat 6) w/ 35ms download speed . changed cables ,ports and rebooted. any other suggestions

Did you try the other video player?

My other xrs 4500 works fine, fast response. this one is slow to respond, but seems to be working better now. maybe I need a new one

next time if it happens again,switch places with the two boxes.
If the trouble follows that box or stays at that connection.

What are the Firmware/Software versions?
You can find both in Home Page/Settings/Updates.
