i have some problen with buzz tv some times when i swich channel they all freeze and i have to wait at list 15 minutes this is happening for 2 month or so it did not hppend before can somoane hep me please

Try and clear cache of app.
Home Screen/Settings/Apps/BuzzTV app.
Also what is your firmware version and software version?
Settings/Updates to get that info.
And which Essentials model do you have?
