Portal 2 not working

Good day,
Since this morning, all my friends connected via portal 2 do get the message that they have to check the internet connection and the portal url.
When I switched my box to portal 2 I did get that same message.
It looks like we are the only ones because I don't find anything on this forum about it.
Besides switching to portal 1, is there another solution ?

what box, app, setup are using?
using Mac or XC API, or m3u?

I have same problem but I change my to portal 1 & working know

All over .. DLite, T1, Mag, Formuler and indeed, when switching to portal 1 it is working.
