Is anyone else having a problem connecting to their server to get service? Please let me know how to fix this so I stop getting phone calls. I've already contacted papiao but haven't got a reply yet Any help would help. Thank you.

You might have to reset all the accounts.

I believe the problem is with kokaleka because i installed smarters and it works normal

no i did not. I did a reset for a client with kokaleka on and it didnt work

Wow! I thought it was just me. Glad to hear from everyone. I've contacted papiao and they told me to reset everything. I did all that. They also told me to go to this site and get more answers. So if anyone has any answers PLEASE let me know because all my accounts and me are still down. Thanks you guys.

On what IPTV portal are your accounts?
What app or STB are you using?
Are you getting STB blocked message or you can login but channels are not loading?
Have you tried changing accounts to a different portal?... if your clients are using the app this change is transparent for them.

I'm using Kokaleka on a NVIDIA Shield others on firesticks
I'm getting 'Your account is invalid or has expired!" and (I've got 274 days and many of my customers have more or about the same amount)
Yes I've tried to change accounts to different portal. And all of my clients are using the Kokaleka app.
Going to try and use the starters app and see if that makes a difference. But still if there's any help from you guys or papiao,I would highly appreciate it

Im down on my Android device. a A box . im using kokaleka. I have a Lifetime account that has a expiry of 2038. " your account is invalid or has expired ! " the account is " ACTIVE" the Ban count is 0. i have reloaded the app but it wont log in. I don't want to change things as it has worked flawlessly for 3 years

If Kokaleka is IPTV Smarters based that would be the problem.

Just loaded IPTV SMARTERS PRO and my service is working fine. I'm just dreading changing everyone else's service to this. Papiao if you can get Kokaleka back, I won't have to change everyone else. Keep me informed. Thanks everybody for all your help.

p.n. guinDid you just download it?Then you got an updated version.Many services are having issues with their app because it's not updated.

I only have portals 1 and 2 available to me. All my clients with kokaleka are down. I put smarters on and its working but why is kokaleka not working

Rocket is valid in the system.

I checked your Rocket with what you sent me and it is Valid and active, it's okay.
I used your email and the 12 digit Rocket number to log on your rocket with (at rocket website)

Kokaleka App is based on IPTV Smarters, it should work. What kokaleka app version are you using? what itv starters version are you using?

Sorry, I'm lagging in my reading but like others. I can't connect to server for the past few days. Read that maintenance was scheduled, is that still the case? Also I'm unfamiliar with Kokaleka, is this program required to operate? I am running MyTv Online 2. Have a Z8 w/600 mb connection but after reset all systems I still receive "account is blocked or expired". I have 1 year left on my donation?

Look up your account and verify server url. If it shows your server ending in .ru you must changed that. Server url ending in .tv are no longer working.
That's how I fixed mine.

I've been using the mags for 6 years already with .TV and never have an issue until yesterday when most of the apps stop working so I don't think that is the issue but I'm going to change it and see if works thanks

Yes, they are all set to p1.iptvrocket.ru This is what all the apps were set to already. This information is on the rocket checker. I have 2 Android STB, stopped working. My S23, stopped working. My Windows app, stopped working. My checker says 188 days. All settings are set to the rocket checker site. Everything worked fine until Thursday afternoon. There is something wrong with Rocket

That's what I get.
You should only get that error if your app or STB dns servers are outdated or malfunctioning.
What is the IPTV portal url that you are using? what happen if you open that url in your web browser?

Let me try that URL and see.. To answer your question: I have 2 STB's (LR & BR) and my cell. I only use one at a time. I used to use Kodi but moved to TvMate on the STB's and Televizo on my cell. The old apps are still there, good for testing in events like this. I loaded Smarted today just to see if it would work.

I've tried everything here and I get nothing. I can get the EPG to load but no tv. Like I said, this was all working normal 2 days ago. I didn't change anything and it quit.

I'm using IPTV Smarters Pro with user name, password and 1.iptv22.is 2.iptv22.is and everything is working fine. None of my clients with Kokaleka are working right now and some are on different versions of Kokaleka. So it's got to be Kokaleka. I've also tried different version of Kokaleka and none of them worked. Please get these back working so I don't have to change everyone to Smarters. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm starting to think some name / passwords are working and some are not. Smarters says I'm logged in and account active. I have the EPG, shows expiry date (Dec 2023). But no stream.

Service Has been restored for me with Kokaleka app . i made no changes to my account. I just waited out the maintenance, although its still going on. but i am back up, FYI

My Kokaleka App has now returned to service, There is no "invalid account "errors. I did not change any passwords, MAC, Ports. I just waited it out. There is freezing .I assume it may still go down. Patience.

btw, those who still having issues and have tried everything then just Generate a new code then try. :)
