Cannot load Portal - Not supported

I started a new thread because now I have another issue.

When I load the info in the portal and click connect, I get ...Cannot load Portal - Not supported

Using 66, I rebooted with the same results, the wifi is working on other apps, I tried three different portals, I tried both the short version and the full portal URL......now what ??

EDIT : Also, the old box is no longer working, so I'm expecting that the service was now transferred to the new box. I double, and triple checked to make sure the MAC address is correct.

OK.....nevermind.......just had to re-enter 26 times......:D All good now.

It took me 15 tries over 2 days to finally connect to IKSprivateserver with my new Buzz X5 Special Edition.
