I am writing to bring a pressing issue to your attention regarding a streaming problem that I have been experiencing. As a loyal customer of your streaming service, I have always enjoyed a seamless and uninterrupted streaming experience. However, in the past few days, I have been encountering persistent issues that are hindering my ability to enjoy your content.


Specifically, I have been facing frequent buffering, sudden freezes, and even complete disconnections while trying to stream my favorite shows and movies option.

These interruptions have become increasingly frustrating and are negatively impacting my overall user and family experience. I have followed basic troubleshooting steps such as reseting the iptv route, clearing my browser cache, and even trying different devices, but the problem persists.

I am not able to view The Covenant or other movies, I modify the buffering option and still have the issue and I am running 1GB speed wired, and I know speed is not the issue because I am not the only one facing this issue.

Because your ISP may be blocking or throttling you when you try to watch those movies.

I am using the Amazon Fire TV, and the app I am using the IPTV Smarters Pro. I did try using an external player in this case VLC its works 86% good and then it's start the freezing on the Movies or Series.
