VOD video All buzz5 tv boxes

problems with Vod movies buffering.

Have a old mag box no problems, not sure what video player used.

primary player the best on the buzz, default 90% not loading

external players I tried no better.

one thing I noticed all Netflix Vod movies no problems!! Other film downloads buffering.



is it the primary player bug ??

note: tv series seem fine !!

live tv fine on primary

been happening since the buzz5 out, it’s good some days, others can’t watch.




We experienced this with another server. When we logged it, the issue is the videos weren't transcoded properly

Mag works because its such an old player that it ignores the errors in the video files.

Since you tried external players. This sounds like the same issue we found.



The server had to fix the video themselves after we sent them a log.

try the movie Sisu
The ES version is not working but English version is. Thing is that if you stop the movie for some reason and then go back to it and use the Resume option the 'Wrong Format' message comes up, but just using the Play option it works fine. No freezes or glitching at all.

Pretty good movie too. It is at the end of WW2. Sisu has left the war behind and becomes a gold miner. The Nazis' are coming thou.
Sisu is not a man to be taken for granted thou. He has skills :)

Sisu works on both xrs 4900 and X5 box English and Spanish
I tested resume and worked on the Spanish and English

I watched on live tv Ppv yes I liked this movie!!

I had massive glitches on Saturday night !!
It’s all good now couple glitches.
