iptv66 renewal issue

Good evening
I renew my iptv 66 subscription a week ago but my mag250 keep saying stb is blocked. I've checked portal setting and everything is good. Can someone help me. I try to reset too.

did you attach our Mac address? what box and app are you using?
set country lock to all, isp off. if nothing works then pm me your info like donation, email, Mac, url...etc
