Could you please fix my problem , I am only able to watch the two lifetime subscriptions that I have only through vpn , I want to watch the channels without the need of vpn , with or without please .

Get a different ISP since the one you have is blocking you.

If you were using your VPN through a different country like if you used the VPN and had it set to a U.S server and your from Canada. Make sure at your iptv supplier site ( papiao ) it is set to the correct Country your from when you disconnect your VPN. And do a iptv reset.
I hope i explained this right i am not the best at explaining i am more of a do'er and see what happens.
