Weird stuff on server P7

Last night 6pm pacific time tons of glitches
also when changing channels today channel black outs

not just me on other boxes as well

this not normal lately been very good !!
testing other servers from the same feeds there fine ..

You were told on another site that you don't use Ministra so why use that port?
Your response was it's PITA to change ports.
But to have issues using that port isn't?
