BuzzTV XPL 3000 problem with the remote

hellow everyone im looking to flash my xpl 3000 because the remote control is very slow take to long to see it on the screen any link ware i can get the flash?
i reset the box using the reset button but dont help

if were you I would not spend money on repair or buying new remote. I would buy a new box like E1. its cheap and has buzz4 vs buzz2 :)

I would get the B5 as it has OS 11 and Buzztv 5 and it's only $20 more.
