Mag 322 - Buffering

I am getting occasional buffering on some ……..channels that comes and goes on my Mag 322
I can't see any info about it or if there was some kind of update that needs to be done.
I have done a soft and hard boot but the issue still comes happens.
Could it be something being done at the source?
Just looking for info . thks
