Mag 254 with Starlink 3rd generation

Ok so I think I may have explained the issue wrong. So here goes again.
Mag 254 works fine on the local provider. But when plugged into the starlink router and adapter Mag 254 gives the error message of stb blocked-contact your provider. Subscription is good until late 2023.

Well, I finally bit the bullet and received my new Starlink. So tired of the speed of the local private company (only available option) with up and download speeds 3 on a good day. Only problem is I am not tech savvy enough to figure out how to get the mag 254 to work with it. When the mag 254 is hooked up to the Starlink is says stb blocked-contact your provider. My subscription is good until late 2023. Can someone please help. Thank you in advance.

was your mag working before?
did you connect ethernet from modem to your box?
did you enter portal settings on your box?
if all is yes then login into providers site and perform a reset then try again and see if works.

You could also hook your starlink up through your old router.

we try to hook up to starlink
and got same info stb blocked
try as much as i know which is limited
we donot have the old router just the one starlink gave us

I saw it mentioned that your Country Lock should be set to 'All Countries' in order to work correctly.

Set that at the papiao website, once you log on.
