Rocket server problems

Black outs from 4:30pm to 6:30pm
4 mins each every 5-10 mins

Started 3 days ago pacific time

Using a t3 rebooted everything, box, router and did a reset on the website

server related or ISP internet related.

Not necessary your's or my ISP , but maybe the server's or that pesky data center.
I not know what exactly a 'data center' is, but it's pesky :eek:

having same issue goes, try to change channel and goes to loading screen buffering and nothing will come in , have to reset box several times to get it to work and then wont last that long

It’s an internet issue at the server looking like same time frame everyday. Happened before can take few days until resolved.. I did email papiao..

Had one server glitch kicked off the server back to homepage (at 5:16pm )
