Having the following issues, Rocket donation, one channel comes in, all other channels do not, except for the play list, movies.
I have reset the IP from my end, I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled, I have changed the MAC address and I have had Pappio do a reset for their end, issue not resolved, any suggestions?

what is the rocket server URL portal that you are using ?

okay and what are the first 6 digits of that MAc you are using and is it attached to your code at the rocket website ?

Have you tried the full version of the URL ?
Not sure how that emu likes to see the MAC these days, but... have you had this working before ?

Something we can try is changing your Rocket URL, but I'd need you to send me a private message with your rocket credentials, so I can log in and change that for you.
