Choppy picture

Hello all, for the most part this is great, I'm noticing a choppy picture, it's not terrible but if I have the same program on using another source it flows better. I'm using an older TV with not so great spec compared with new ones but it's 1080p and seems to work perfectly. Does anyone else notice this?
