Hi i just yesterday renewed my donation Transaction ID xxxxxxxxx My last years password is xxxxxxxxx was working last night but today it tells me my sub was ended. I changed my pasword to xxxxxxxxx and still not working. Please let me know what i can do. Thank You Barry

You need to stop posting that kind of info publicly.
what box are you using? what setup or app are you using? did you attach your Mac address? is your portal same on provider site and in box/app you are using? set country lock to all? perform a reset on provider site.

dreamlink 1 plus DOL2 would not let me put my mac address in Ive now changed my password back to the on i was using when i renewed

Hi Ive just renewed my rocket yesterday payed in Bit coin machine got my recipt was working sat morning but when i got home did the normal set up and t said mine blocked or has been expred contact your service provider.

Log onto your code at the iptv66 website and ensure the iptv Portal URL matches what you have shown in your receiver's setup
It will start with either s1 or s2
Also check the MAC to ensure it matches too.
These things Ryu has already mentioned, so please let us know the status of the points Ryu has mentioned.

does it say the MAC already in use ?
If that is the case then you would need to take picture of the Dreamlink's MAC and send that into iptv66

Or send to me along with your email and iptv66 credentials.
You could also leave the MAC un-attached and click on the 'Credentials' box in the DOL setup. Add username/password in there and along with the server URL portal added in that setup... you can connect that way, in other words, no need to attach the MAC

Looks like the MAC was entered in the wrong format, but give me a minute or two and i will check it.

It seems that your renewal has not yet been processed.
I did get the Blockchain ID you sent me but it is either incorrect or typo ???
Please check that. And the Route password you showed us was incorrect. It had only 11 digits and needs to be 12
I checked that and sent you the correct one with the 12 digits.
So check that Blockchain ID and ensure it is correct.
I will be heading out to work for the next 12 hours or so, but you can send the info to Ryu and he can also help with this.\
Send RYU your email address and that correct password and the Blockchain ID
Ryu can help in much the same way I can :)

It is a Rocket URL and not a iptv66 URL as we are in the iptv66 subforum here.... but it is a Rocket, so do not confuse that :)

this morning barmor tried adding a MAC to his Rocket and the system gave him an error.
One reason for the error is that the MAC was not in correct form. It was not prefixed with 00:1a:79
BUT that turns out is not the actual problem.
The order was not processed, and checking it here again this evening it still has not been. The Rocket is at 0 days.
The Blockchain ID does not show on that blockchain system either, ... unless it was a typo which I received from barmor this morning ?
PM sent this morning, but no reply seen :(
That's all I know to this point.

yea, that is not abnormal thou ... Barmor prolly is only online at a certain time of day.
