The Paipo email say we should not use VPN. Should I just use when using KODI. Can we use a VPN I donot want to foget its on and then log in tomy TV and then get shut down. Please advise?

No it changes the IP.

Use a VPN on everything I have and they all work fine with any provider you run, It does not change the data stream, it is like going through a ghost server. it is like The in and out pass through a closed network with millions of other streams and the particular path changes within the network.
