Don’t get me wrong it’s running great during running hours still a problem at 5:05pm western time as of yesterday 3 hour blackout period,
During running hours it’s awesome, but to change a channel it’s kicked off it’s connection. And you must reboot to reconnect or refresh on a buzz box in order to watch a channel..

Rinny you gotta stop including the buzz box in this. The issue is either server related or ISP related. It has not to do with any particular box.

Don't get me wrong my friend,, I trust your word and experience but try not including any particular box brand unfairly :)

It’s not the buzz box
It’s easy to refresh on the buzz
So many still using the Mag it’s a reboot to get running again !!

It’s 5:17pm still running good sign !!
Last 2 hours no connection kick outs also

I know it’s served related 100%

It’s all good
Just got info for others

Emailed papiao yes
Said working on it, but that’s a normal response also

I'm Having The Same Issue With All My Boxes Too. I Have To Reboot Them Everytime. And If You Watch A Channel For A Long Time And Go To Another Channel You Can't See It. And The Refresh Doesn't Work. It Just Says Failed. So You Have To Reboot

I know it’s a server connection problem because papiao messed up at the same time…

Hopefully 🙏🏻 fixed soon
