Sky channel EPG

anyone know why the epg for sky channels and canadian channels like BT Sports have never worked or poped up??

In the Sport Package category, I can see that all if not most Sky Sport have the EPG for me. The same with BT Sport 1 and 2.

I am using aCiDjEsUs's EPG with TiviMate.
