Hi,

Does anyone know the cause of why my EPG takes so long to load.

And by this I mean the real EPG.
The table that shows 10 channels and the data for each channel the next 4 hours.
Accessed via the EPG button on the box/software.
My EPG can take 45 to 75 seconds to populate, and it will only populate those 10 channels visible, when I scroll down I have to wait again for the next 10 channels to populate.

I use a reputable provider that has been round for years and offers a quality streams.

My box is old but should be plenty powerful enough, it's a BuzzTV XPL 3000.

Software is the built in BuzzTV app, which is very well regarded.
It's essentially a MAG based software.

Connection is MAG style, using a server which is configured with the MAC of the box.

Unsure if its related to the provider, the software or the hardware?

Errrrrr
That would be.......never!

I use the clear cache Broom on the main page from time to time.

What other clear cache are you referring too?
The systems, applications and clear cache manually for the BuzzTV application?

It's a combination of all three. Your provider, your software and the default settings. Usually these are the main cause.
