can i add/install my iptv rocket service to my pc ?

not sure where to post my question, so i 'll start here. i like to know if i can add/install my iptv rocket service to my pc, and if so where can i find directions/intructions how to get it done. thanks in advance for your help.

you can download m3u file and use with vlc player or download and use smarter pro or other programs will work for your pc. I used to use pc until I got me buzz xrs 4900 and E2. I love them my friend :)
