please help with KOKALEKA

Hi , i was so happy to use the new app KOKALEKA and i this all this steps as i read in one of the post

1.. go to your provider web sit and change mac to 00:00:00:00:00:00 and hit apply
2..hit iptv reset

3 then in settings on your box go to the kokaleka tv app before OPENING click clear cache then clear data then open

4 then click add a provider or account
5 under name you put anything you want like dog or cat
6 username should look something like this A00000Y0000A (but using your donation number)
7 password should be the same A00000Y0000A (but using your donation number)
8 then hit apply or log in.

The result is always the same, invalid user or expired accounti new some help , i been 3 days without tv.

Make sure your url is correct and try to generate new donation code if possible and then try again :)

i can't add a user, that is the problem.

you are doing the right step.set up KOKALEKA first then unplug your box.then go to your provider and the only thing i would do instead of 00:00:00:00:00:00
just clear the mac(leave blank)then hit apply and set to play list (with options or some thing like that)then hit apply then reset iptv then plug your box back in and click on the log in.....
that app already has the URL built in i think.

When you first launch kokaleka and If you press menu or tap and hold on username you should be able to edit, delete or add new user.
Or
Uninstall and reinstall kokaleka and try again with new info
Or just download and try tivimate app :)

hi, I followed all the suggestions and I could never add my user.now I was using stbemu and I'm thinking to go back to that application. maybe there is some other better free application to load my IPTV that you want to recommend me.

If you don't want to spend a lot of work and you are looking for a free apk you can use Tivimate 2.8.x it is the mod version that is everywhere and it works quite well it does not work with portal and mac only by user and password (XC) remote list, now if you want a Better player you can use OTT Navigator IPTV version 1.6.5.5 is its latest version it works with portal and mac, user and password and remote list I have tested it with the 3 providers offered here and it works very well advantages over Tivimate you can use the access method you want + all code are updated

thank you very much , OTT Navigator IPTV it's working fine. no problem to install de user, Mac Address, etc.

Good to hear you got it working with OTT Navigator.

By the sound of it you either had a bad apk for KOKALEKA OR your mac was still attached to your donation when you were trying to set up KOKALEKA and i would say it was the mac still attached.I am Happy you hung in their and got it working with something.

That is what testing is about.
