Hey guys just wanted to know why would I get a file missing on a movie that I just watched a few minutes ago. I did a reboot and went back to video club and still the same, can anybody shed some light on this...........thanks.......two-dogs

Thanks guys one other question is there a way to get the video on movies smoother. What I mean is that when the camera moves slow it has a jerking action that is visible, is there a setting for this or is it just the quality of the stream........two-dogs

It is *only* VOD that is having the jerky action? What is the film? I will have a look on my MAG here. Just watched Furious 7 again and it was smooth.

Thanks doozer in answer to your question it is everything I watch on the mag. It is a timed jerk when the camera moves it has the slightest jerk, evidently it is on my end if yours is smooth. Any setting I need to be aware of doozer.........thanks........two-dogs

i had the same promblem when trying to load a movie it was saying missing file thank you for the info

Yep still file missing on all movies, and now no EPG must still be working on it....

So just to recap when watching a vod it doesn't have a slight skip every second or so. If you have the same problem let me know I am not crazy.........thanks......two-dogs....PS if there is a setting that needs changed let me know
