Is the Server URL still the same as what you had before (on the T# in the setup menu) ?
Is the MAC still attached ?
Or are you using a different method other then the MAC ?

I do not think the Reset works with the Country Lock set to 'All' Ryu
Setting to All Countries is a good idea as a possible fix thou, just does need the reset, only needs reset when a country is chosen.

I may need a fact checker on that thou :)
