Channels not loading

Video club works, I have reset, change MAC address and Pappio has reset donation….still channel guide comes up but will not download the station….firestick …Pappio suggested to check this site for help

Thanks, I was hoping I did not need to do that since it was working fine until two nights ago and the device is fairly new

As an FYI, I reset device to factory setting, reinstall all apps and looks like it worked, everything is up
