Unable to watch any Football (NFL) game

Tried to watch multiple NFL games the past 2 days and the experience have been unenjoyable.

Multiple routes and network with the same issue. Please look into this. Currently using Portal 2, Tried to switch to portal 1 but everything was down for me on Portal 1.

Tried Watching from ESPN, TS1 through TS5, SKY Sports, Local Channels CBS / NBC and NFL pass channels.
They all ran into the same issue, buffering every 5 to 8 minutes. Needed to keep pressing the up and down button.

Sometimes Re-Booting of All Equipment from Router to STB etc... Helps...!!?

Tried that but no luck. We are seeing the same issue across different routes at different locations. All the same issue. All started around the same time.
