Live video not streaming

Have tried to stream live concerts but video & audio will not play through the box. Will stream on tablets and computer but not through the Buzz XR4500 box. Is there a way to get this to work? Would be much better to watch a concert on the larger screen with the audio through the big speakers.

are you tying to screen mirror?
do you have an iptv sub?

Accessing website streaming video through Google on Buzz box HDMI cable to tv. Does that help?

Yup, that was it. Downloaded and installed Mozilla and is playing no problem. You have gotta love a simple fix. Thanks!
