Is there anyone on this forum using the Buzz e2 i haven't seen much talk about it how is it working?
it just recently released
also, when theres no issues theres no talk :)
also, theres some great reviews about E2 posted on youtube. :)

so one button on remote did not work and you came up with conclusion that box is not good lol
it could be remote, it can be software related which can be fixed, it comes with warranty
did you even contact support team?
