Please Change Source Resolution

Mag 254 r11. Worked OK for months, but today turned on box & after it loads a white box at bottom appears saying, " Please Change Source Resolution". Went into BIOS & TV Settings are NTSC & 1080p. Any advice appreciated.

Turned on it starts to load but before going to a portal, on a blank screen the white message box shows up on the bottom. I can't get to either portal, but I can get into BIOS. BIOS TV Setting is NTSC 1080P.

is it at 60 hz or your tv cant take 1080p

in settings for video what do you have set for resolution? i have 720-576.video output mode -720p-60.

Try a different HDMI cable.
