New user- help regarding URL

Hi all,

I am a newbie and am really stuck in the set-up process. As of now, I connected the box and now that I am trying to look for TV channels, the screen pops up asking for an URL? Any idea how to navigate this process?

What box is it ?
Did you subscribe to an iptv service ? Which one ?

Dreamlink (Dlite+ 5G) and yes it was via a provider and he hasn't been responding to provide with the username and password. I called the IPTV customer service, and they said there is no service recorded under my phone number. Weird?! Trying to get in touch with the local provider, but no response so far.

This does not sound like a Papiao service. Papiao dos not use phone numbers.
We only have support for papiao services here.
