VPN getting STB Blocked

Hey team I am getting that STB is blocked, call the provider error while my VPN is connected. It was working fine last month. Qere I live my internet is bogged so need VPN. I am connected to Los Angeles but I live in Arizona. I have reset the sub on the site.. I have reset my router. Any ideas??

try to change country lock to all and perform a reset then try again.
also, try different portal is above does not work.

I have changed to allow all country's but will not let me do a reset. It says u need to select a country, but it it did save.. I will try the STB in a bit and will let you know
