I had saw one of the administrators mention that BTC thru ATM (kiosk machine) will still work

Bitcoin ATM's are owned by private individuals which means they control the ATM's as to whether they are up, down or having remote maintenance done on them. If one ATM is down, it doesn't translate to all Bitcoin ATM's being down. The only thing I could suggest is do a Google search for Bitcoin ATM's and find another ATM to go to. Sometimes the location can be reached by phone and the store owner can check to see if it is working.

Papiao is changing things and with bitcoin's (BTC's) huge volatility lately and the huge fees they are at, it is beneficial to us as buyers to use BitCoinCash (BCH).
There are other cyrpto-currencies which carry far less fees as well, like ETH as example.

Papiao is removing the shortcuts to use BTC (Bitcoin) is all that is really happening.
In reality no one could be stopped in using bitcoin (BTC).
Online Exchanges is where BTC can be swapped for BCH.... or vise versa and along with any other crypto currency that you may have in your Wallet
