Hi, whishing that everybody is doing good and healthy anybody has any sugestión for me please, I can't power up my unit with the RCU once is on ,it does work as suppose so I unplug the unit all the time now, how the power key should be set ???? thanks for your advise and time.

Hi all,
Same here, when I plug in my 3900, the "red" light comes on the box and goes off and the unit does not turn on?! I have to keep unplugging the power on/off and finally the box turns on.
And this happens to both of my 3900's ?! :( Any help as to how to fix this problem will be appreciated.

have you tried to factory reset the box?

To be honest, do not want to lose all the info on it :(
However, just replaced the power line with a new one from my other 3900 and seems to be working now :)
