What do I need to do when I get the Server Not Available message after selecting a movie to watch?

try to switch player to ijk player and see if that helps

Thanks for the help, switching to ijk did the trick. I have a lot of movies to catch up on....

You can not change the player with the Mag 254 box.
You could try changing the server URL Portal to the long version of the URL Portal

Log onto your code at the service website and you will see the long version shown here.

I managed to change the URL Portal to the long version of the URL but I still get the same error. I am using portal p1.

its time to upgrade your box to newer box.

there is not much you can do with the Mag receiver when it comes to adding external players or other apps and etc... and unfortunately with rocket you can not change the server URL Portal yourself (p1 to p2 for example), at least last I checked you can not.

There is however one more thing you can try with that Mag box. This is a long read and seems it may be a long process, but it is easier then it looks ...
