Hi, I have tried to log into check rockets but is impossible, in the first box I put the 192xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, on the second box i put the donation number marcked as user/password when I search the order and the boxes empty. I have tried removeing the 192 and the 16 next chars, my email and donation, donation and donation, and none have worked. Please help

I used the Order number (1921xxx) in the top line and the 12 digit donation in the second line, just as you outlined in your recent PM and it opened okay for me
