some channels do not match what shows in the EPG
I have tried adjusting time shift but still doesnt work
I was told by my provider thats its the player
anyone else having this issue?

switching Players does not seem to make a difference with LiveTV EPG
The provider's EPG is not always up to par.
Set your time zone or time shift so it matches the EPG info.
Currently thru this XR4000 model there is EPG data showing but not for all channels, but seems the data that is showing is correct for the current time and channel.,.
BUT if I switch to M3U Playlist URL and Acid's or Shooty's EPG data, then all channels show EPG data correctly.
As an option....

Opening that thread, it will seem like a long read and process, but do not let that scare you away. It's not that difficult or timely and once you master it, then you will have options open to you with external EPG sources :)

Make sure the Date & Time setting in your Android Settings, is set to use Network Time, or you have the correct Timezone and Time set.
